From £25.00
During the Duck Race there will be 2 areas with stalls:
- The Wharf gardens between Marden House and the Town Hall for charity and community stalls (not businesses).
- The Pocket Park for stalls and activities primarily for children.
Pitches are available on a first come, first served basis:
- £25 for a standard pitch to fit a 3m x 3m gazebo.
- Stalls are outside. Gazebos and tables are to be provided by stallholders. If your gazebo is larger than 3m x 3m please book sufficient pitches to fit its size.
- Stall pitches must be booked by April 30th 2026.
- Stall holders will be required to provide a Risk Assessment and evidence of their Public Liability Insurance.
- In the event that Stallholders cannot make the date, after they have purchased a pitch, they cannot “sell the pitch on” to another group.
- Stallholders will be contacted prior to the event and given a dedicated time slot to arrive and unload.
- There is no parking at Marden House. These spaces are reserved for unloading/loading only, but then vehicles must be parked elsewhere.
- There is no vehicular access onto The Wharf gardens or the Pocket Park themselves.
- Event opens at 10.00am and runs until approximately 1.00pm.
- Pitches in the Town Hall are NOT sold by or the responsibility of Calne Lions
