Duck Race Community Group Stalls

Pitches are available for stalls at The Wharf gardens between Marden House and the Town Hall during the Duck Race on Saturday 11^th May 2024. Pitches are available for local community groups and charities* and will be available on a first come, first served basis:

• £20 for a standard pitch to fit a 3m x 3m gazebo.
• Gazebos and tables are to be provided by stallholders. If your gazebo is larger then 3m x 3m please book sufficient pitches to fit its size.
• Stall pitches must be booked by April 30^th 2024.
• Stallholders will be contacted prior to the event and given a dedicated time slot to arrive, unload & set up.
• There is no parking at Marden House and the Town Hall. These spaces are reserved for unloading/loading only.
• There is no vehicular access onto the gardens themselves.
• Event opens at 10.00am and runs until approximately 1.00pm.

*Calne Lions reserve the right to cancel the sale of any stall pitch which we feel does not fit the description of a local community group or charity.
